Andrea L. Patalano is the RDM Lab director. She is a cognitive scientist and faculty member in the Department of Psychology and the Program in Neuroscience and Behavior. Kelsey Kayton is the full-time lab coordinator for the RDM Lab. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020 with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She is broadly interested in the biases in judgment and decision making that influence how people see themselves and others. In the future, she plans to attend graduate school in social psychology. |

Leah Vaidya is a part-time coordinator of the RDM Lab. She graduated from Tulane University in 2020 with a BS in Psychology and minors in English and Math. She is interested in how children think about and develop math skills. In the future, she hopes to attend graduate school in developmental psychology. |

Charlie Bondhus ’22 is majoring in Neuroscience and Behavior and Psychology and is on the premed track. He is interested in the differences in learning between adults and children as well as conscious and unconscious thought in decision making. Outside the lab, he can be found cooking, swimming, and walking his dogs. |

Greg Fischer ’22 is a Psychology major on a premed track. He is curious about the ways our decisions are influenced by external factors. He is also a member of the Varsity Wrestling team and enjoys reading in his spare time. |

Jordan Green ’23 plans to be a Psychology and Sociology double major. He is interested in both the social and cognitive aspects of decision making, especially when considering different socio-economic backgrounds, and the different impacts our communities have over us. Outside of the lab, he can be found playing basketball or exploring nature. |

Outside of her busy schedule of binging tv shows, she is on the organizing committee for BasalGang, a neuroscience club, and a member of Shakti, a South Asian student club.
